Consulting Services for Schools

• Observe an individual student in class(es) and offer detailed behavioral (if needed) or curricular interventions.  We will also assist in building an individualized program for any specific child, if needed.
  
   
• Assist either special needs teacher, regular classroom teacher or student aide with strategies and interventions to help student(s) with autism to be more successful in the school setting.
  
   
• Train individual or small groups of teachers through inservices either half day or whole day trainings with emphasis on their particular areas of need in understanding the autistic student.
  
   
• Act as liaison between school and home by taking the position of a neutral party with experience on both sides – will attend IEP meetings or parent / teacher meetings as needed.
  
   
• Assist in coordinating school to home and home to school issues
